Just posted another flickr shot of my screen in it's current state. Work continues on the software - I'm currently putting together the config app (which will handle calibration).

i'am probably missing something here, but why do you need to calibrate it? wouldn't it suffice to just map the resolution of the captured stream to the resolution of the beamer?
no, because there are perspective effects depending on where you have your camera mounted. Some mapping is required.
