Issue 250 of Future Music magazine has a nice article on iOS and MIDI and features a lot of quotes from me. Looks like a great issue overall. Those of us with iPads can pick it up digitally for around $5.

Thanks to the introduction of multitasking in iOS 4, music app developers are developing numerous features to take advantage of the potential benefits. Most notably virtual MIDI features are now commonplace. “Virtual MIDI refers to creating MIDI destinations in software,” Dave explains. “Using the CoreMIDI Framework, it can be accomplished in only a few lines of code.
